How have we reduced the environmental footprint of this medicine ball?
Our teams have designed this medicine ball with a lower environmental impact.
This has been achieved in various ways:
– using recycled plastic in the pump to reduce our use of resources
– making the bag with a marl fabric where we only dye every other thread, as this reduces dyeing
– the materials that we’ve used to make the ball weigh less compared with our traditional medicine balls
Despite this, we haven’t reduced the quality in any way.

Include a water ball in your workouts to intensify them
Want to work your muscles harder? Simply include our Water Ball in your routine!
We asked 25 people to do a lunge and press (just one arm) with a 3 kg medicine ball, then with a 3 kg water ball. When we then compared the two products, the results were as follows: our water ball increased the workload by 36% for the biceps, 21% for the abs and 17% for the glutes (on average).
Your Water Ball will look different over time. Don’t worry, it’s normal!
Your ball will be transparent when new. You might be able to see some marks on the inside, but that’s completely normal: they’re to do with the manufacturing process.
48 hours after filling your ball with water, it’ll become opaque.
You may also find that the water itself leaves marks on the ball over time.
Upper body or lower body: which weight of Water Ball is best?
You’ll need a different weight depending on which muscles you want to work and your fitness levels.
For example, the 2 kg ball can be used by beginners to train their lower bodies or by fitter folk for their upper bodies.
The stronger you get, the more you can increase the load. If you’re a beginner, start with lighter loads and focus on the quality of your movements.
