This water-filled medicine ball has a reduced environmental footprint!
This water-filled medicine ball has a special design that reduces its environmental impact, in particular:
– the ball’s pump is made from recycled plastic,
– the bag has a marl effect (we only dye every other thread)
– the weight of the material used to make the ball is lower than for a medicine ball of the same weight, without sacrificing quality.

Work your muscles harder with our Water Ball!
Our Water Ball enables you to increase your workload.
We put it through its paces by asking 25 people to do a lunge and press (just one arm) with a 3 kg medicine ball, then with a 3 kg water ball, and this is what we found when we compared the two products: our water ball increased the workload by 36% for the biceps, 21% for the abs and 17% for the glutes, on average.Impressive, right?
Has your Water Ball turned opaque? Don’t worry, it’s normal!
When your Water Ball is new, it’ll be transparent. You might notice the odd mark on the inside, but that’s completely normal and is just left over from the manufacturing process. Then, 48 hours after you’ve filled it with water, it’ll naturally turn opaque – which is also completely normal! Over time, other marks might appear, depending on the position of the water inside the ball.
