Eccentric training
An innovative and effective way of training! With loose weights such as dumbbells, barbells, dumbbells and kettlebells you train mainly concentrically. This means that you use your muscles to lift the weight. With the Kynett ULTIMATE you will experience both concentric and eccentric resistance. Due to the fast rotating flywheel, the Kynett ULTIMATE will also retract after your pulling movement, just like a yo-yo. The harder you pull the cord, the harder the flywheel will pull back afterwards. You will have to slow down the retraction of the yoyo. That is why you do not only train when pulling, but also when braking. This creates eccentric resistance, which has been scientifically proven to be enormously effective in building strong muscles and rehabilitating injuries.

All in 1 station
The Kynett ULTIMATE is the all-in-one solution for training all muscle groups. Its innovative design allows you to perform all exercises within a range of 1.5 metres. This results in enormous space and cost savings compared to renting/buying expensive fitness equipment and large spaces. The lower pulley makes the squat deck superfluous. In addition, the Kynett ULTIMATE offers the possibility to train with heavier resistances than the Kynett HOME. Resistance discs of 6 and 8 millimetres are also compatible with the Kynett ULTIMATE!

Gravity independent
A loose weight is heavy because gravity pulls the weight towards the earth. As a result, you can only train your muscles in one direction, i.e. the opposite of gravity. However, there are a lot of muscles and movements that cannot be trained in this direction. Think of horizontal movements such as a fore- and backhand when playing tennis, a jab when boxing, or simply throwing a ball. This makes the Kynett ULTIMATE suitable for many users such as top sports, rehabilitation, physiotherapy, personal training, fitness and sports-specific training. All muscle groups can be (eccentrically) trained, both lightly and intensively, as well as at speed and strength.
