COMFORTABLE HAND GRIPS
You can use the pull-up bar in several different ways – the widest grip has a spacing of 110cm, the medium grip 60cm, and the narrow one 20cm. This allows you to train with a variety of grips patterns like; overhand, underhand, hammer or even one-armed for advanced users! You can train different muscle groups individually or perform super sets for that shredded back and shoulders look.
ADJUSTABLE DIP-BAR
