Ceiling Mounted Cable Crossover Machine

Ceiling mounted cable crossover takes up extremely little space. Handles do not interfere with everyday use of the room and fulfil their function only when you want to train.

The complete weight machine consists of two handles with ropes, bumpers and carabiners, two mountings with screws and two rods for the load. Mount the ceiling brackets at a distance suited to your needs. As a standard, the distance convenient to perform exercises with full arm spacing is about 250 cm between the handles. The length of the ropes is adjusted to a room with a height of 2.5 m. Each of the pulley handles will be mounted with four solid screws.
