What weight medicine ball should you choose?
Our medicine ball is available in 5 weights/sizes:
– 1 kg, 19.5 cm in diameter
– 2 kg, 22 cm in diameter
– 3 kg, 22 cm in diameter
– 4 kg, 24 cm in diameter
– 5 kg, 24 cm in diameter
We advise adapting the weight of your medicine ball to the muscle group you are working on. The lower-body muscles are more powerful than the upper-body muscles. You can therefore use heavier weights for your squats and lunges.

Clean and store your ball
Wipe your ball with a damp cloth after each training session. Store your medicine ball indoors, in a clean, dry place. Do not store near a heat source such as a radiator, heated floor, sunny window, lacquered surface, etc.Ideally, it should be kept in a cupboard.
